European Ocean Research and Education Alliance (EOREA) Executive Committee Meeting in Rome
On March 14th, the CNR’s headquarters in Rome hosted a meeting of the Executive Committee of the European Ocean Research and Education Alliance (EOREA)
The European Ocean Research and Education Area (EOREA) is a unique and groundbreaking alliance born from the commitment of fourteen key research and higher education institutions across Europe.
Our main focus is on marine and maritime science, with an emphasis on fostering transnational cooperation. By using our collective strengths, we’re facilitating an environment where learning is rooted in real-world research and innovation.

The European Ocean Research and Education Alliance (EOREA) participated in the events of the European Ocean Days in Brussels from March 4th to 8th.
EOREA participated in the Mission event ‘Restore Our Ocean and Waters by 2030’ – The Mediterranean Lighthouse in Action held in Palermo on May 30th and 31st.
